Q: Where do I download the launcher?

A: Official installers are published on the GitHub Releases page: Releases. The Windows installer filename is NLCSetup.exe.

Q: What are the system requirements?

A: Recommended: Windows 10/11 (x64), Java 17 or newer (the installer may bundle Java), and at least 200 MB free disk space for the launcher plus additional space for game installations and mods.

Q: How do I add a profile?

A: Open the launcher UI, go to the sidebar Profiles menu, click Add or Edit, enter a profile name and optionally account details (offline accounts are supported). Profiles and skins are stored locally in the launcher config directory.

Q: Is the launcher open-source?

A: Yes. The source code is available on GitHub: Repository. See CREDITS.md for libraries and acknowledgements.

Q: Does the launcher collect my data?

A: No. The launcher does not collect, aggregate, or transmit personal user data to the maintainers. Local configuration, profiles, and logs stay on your machine unless you explicitly upload or share them. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Q: I have a crash or bug — how do I report it?

A: Open a new issue on the GitHub issues page with a concise title, reproducible steps, and any relevant logs or screenshots: Project Issues. If logs contain sensitive data, remove it before uploading.
